Coping Skills Through Smash Bros Brawl

   So the other day when I was playing Super Smash Bros Brawl, on my Wii, I     had an epiphany that I could use the motions of the game to create a      visualization anti-stress technique. I had most recently been using the          motion of zorbing. A negative thought would pop into my head and and I  would make a motion pretending I was a zorb.
