So the other day when I was playing Super Smash Bros Brawl, on my Wii, I had an epiphany that I could use the motions of the game to create a visualization anti-stress technique. I had most recently been using the motion of zorbing. A negative thought would pop into my head and and I would make a motion pretending I was a zorb.

The motion gets my mind in a better place and the fact I am making a movement, not unlike that of a hamster in a hamster wheel, makes myself and others laugh. But now, in addition to the zorbing technique I picture myself doing Link’s attack spin to push away negative thoughts. It works great. Learning to use the power of your mind for good, even when it seems like obscene ways, is something we can all benefit from.
